Returns & Refund Policy

At Grace, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Requests raised after 15 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
  • Returned with all accessories, tags, and components included in the original box.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened skincare products (Face Serum) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or physical damage by the customer.
  • Orders returned without prior authorisation from our support team.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 92430 77840) or email (support@graceskin.in) with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92430 77840 or email support@graceskin.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share a return label or pickup date within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our logistics partner.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders — Refund issued to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • COD orders — Refund issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be asked to provide your bank account details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.
