Returns & Refund Policy

At Grace, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Requests raised after 15 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Returned with all accessories, tags, and components included in the original box.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened skincare products (Face Serum) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or physical damage by the customer.
- Orders returned without prior authorisation from our support team.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 92430 77840) or email (support@graceskin.in) with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/video of the damaged or defective item and packaging.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92430 77840 or email support@graceskin.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share a return label or pickup date within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our logistics partner.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method
- Prepaid orders — Refund issued to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- COD orders — Refund issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.
