Shipping Policy

We want your Grace order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy covers all orders placed on graceskin.in.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling fee of ₹29.

3. Dispatch Timelines

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking) are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • COD orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order placement.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote or hilly areas: Up to 10 business days from dispatch.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may be affected by public holidays, natural events, strikes, or logistics delays beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the logistics partner's website.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times before returning the package.
  • For COD orders returned due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders returned to origin will be refunded after deducting the round-trip shipping cost.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
