These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of graceskin.in(the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is owned and operated by Hyluminix Infosystems Private Limited (CIN: U62091MP2024PTC073760), trading as Grace.

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment (UPI, net banking, cards) or placement of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery within India.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.
  • For COD orders, please ensure you are available to receive the parcel and have the exact amount ready.

6. Intellectual Property

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Resell products purchased from the Site without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is". We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product results may vary based on individual skin type and usage. Our serum is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Hyluminix Infosystems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
